i remember the first time.
i wanted the night sky.
drowning, crippling,
astonishing views,
dipped in God's light--
soaring through the vast
existence.
you took me to the moon,
to fall into a sea of unlimited dreams,
but we'd bounce back repetitively,
devilishy,
into a love tainted too sweet.
now only the ordinary menacingly
screams back to me.
